Role: Air Conditioning System Energy Assessor
Potential Locations: Central London
Salary: Dependant on experience

Responsibilities: The role will be to deliver air-conditioning inspections for client properties to issue advice and technical knowledge on how to carry out preventative and reactive maintenance of HVAC systems in commercial buildings.

Skills Required: These inspections may only be completed by an accredited Air Conditioning System Energy Assessor (ACSEA) (Level 3 - for inspection of simple/packaged air conditioning systems &
Level 4 - for inspection of complex/central air conditioning systems).
Accredited through CIBSE, RICS, ECMK Ltd, Quidos, BESCA or NAPIT.
4 years experience in building services with relevant degree.


Skills desirable: EPC qualification, DEC qualification, Low carbon consultant.
