Is there an EPC?

by barrie on Fri Feb 27, 2009 11:18 am
Is there any way of knowing if there is an EPC in existence if you know only the post code and house number of a property?

Is there any way of viewing it if there is?
I also get 'false' for properties I know have EPCs..including my own!!

I'd have thought that there shouldn't be a way to find this out, for many reasons with the number one being Data Protection issues.

However, why not try ringing Landmark on 01392 685410 and asking...they can probably give you a yes or no to the existence of an EPC without breaching any rules.

Electric Room Heaters +and Zone Control?

Inspection in a detached flat with electric convector room heater with dual electric meter all tied into a (3) zone controlled programmer where you can set each zone in terms of time and temperature. Have been told by AS to enter it as REA and control code CRD because of course you can't select zone control for room heaters.

Anyone else come across this 'mini' zone control setup?
